In the Night (Story in the making)

Bites lips and looks up at him.
"Like losing you." Shakes head slightly. "It almost happened before...It cant happen again.."

-looks at her confused-
Lost me? I dont remember that..

Sighs and looks away.
"You weren't supposed to. When..when they first brought us to the school... They wanted me transfered.. Put somewhere else. I was..different from you guys.. I dont know how. They wouldn't explain anything. They just ran tests..over and over again. Cutting me open..sticking in needles..." Sighs.
"They didn't want the three of us together. Thought we would be to dangerous... There...there was a time they were talking about getting rid of..of you or Alexa. Because they couldn't get anything from me..but when they did...they just started testing more.. That's why I dont feed like you guys." Shrugs softly and leans against him.

-growls- Stay..with..Alexa..and..Nick...

Stiffens slightly and slips arms around him.
"No. I'm staying right here. And so are you."

Just..stay here..I'll be back...

Rests hands on his chest, holding him there so he cant move. Looks up at him.
"You're not going back to the school. And if..if you are then..then I'm going with you. Rather you like it or not."

-grabs her hands-
Please Anna..
I dont want you hurt..please let me go..Alone..

Slides fingers through his, holding his hands there and shakes head.
"No.."

And why not..

Stays holding our hands at his chest.
"Because.. It's you against them. One against over thirty. At least let me go with you. I wont let myself get hurt." Sighs and locks eyes with his. "Please.."

But..but..what about Nick and Alexa?

Bites lip lightly.
"I'll...I'll make it so they fall asleep in the car, and stay that way until we tell them to wake up. And I'll put a shield around the car, so nobody can get in or out, and nobody will even see them. They won't even know we're gone." Sighs and traces thumb along the top of his hand.
"You're not going alone, Dustin.."

-crosses arms and glares at her-
Come on Anna..please..I dont want to lose you either..

Sighs and puts hands on hips.
"You're not going alone. Thats final. I'm not going to let myself get hurt alright? I promise."

-sighs and looks down-
Fine..

Sighs and lifts his face up to mine and leans against him lightly, resting forhead against his.
"I'll be fine Dustin..."

I know..
-tires to force a smile-

Laughs a bit then sighs softly, keeping forhead against his.
"It'll all work out..you'll see."

What happens if it doesnt..

Slips arms back around him.
"It will..."

What would happen though..

"If what? If..something happened to me? Well then...you would..have to get over it.." sighs and rests head on his chest.

(Err... Lets say I fell asleep in the car O_O)

Climbs slowly out of the car still in the same clothes. Runs a hand through my hair and it sits on my shoulders. Stretches out yawning. Cracks back and looks over at Dustin with his arms around Anna. Looks around for Nick to see him standing off in the parking lot. Looks down and sighs.

Sighs and nods softly, leaning head back on his chest to look up at him.
"It'll all be fine Dustin... but we have to hurry if we're going to go."
